The Future Aviators Charitable Foundation wants aviation in the minds of more people. Our goal is to help those who dream of becoming commercial airline pilots reach the sky. For those who don’t know where to begin or don’t have the means, we can help put you on the road to an aviation career in the flight decks of some of the world’s most prestigious airlines. We offer scholarships to flight schools and provide funding for community outreach programs, giving underserved and underrepresented communities the power to take the leap and get into the world of aviation.
The scholarship portion of the foundation is the primary focus of the Future Aviators Charitable Foundation (FACF). It provides scholarships to underserved and underrepresented groups and communities for the primary purpose of bringing a more diverse group of highly qualified pilots into the commercial aviation arena. The scholarships are awarded to high-potential individuals who desire to become commercial airline pilots and who meet specific eligibility requirements. The scholarships must be used at a Part 141 flight school/academy which has a direct pathway to a commercial airline.

FACF also provides funding to community programs for young children and teenagers (ages 9 – 17) to educate them on the world of aviation and the many career opportunities that exist. These programs also stress the importance of strong values, community service, citizenship, scholarship and leadership.

Our mission is twofold: Give those in need an opportunity to begin a career as a commercial airline pilot and educate young adults on the many opportunities the field of aviation has to offer. According to the Boeing Pilot and Technician Outlook, 763,000 pilots and technicians are needed by the year 2039 to fly and maintain the global fleet. FACF is hoping to show that aviation can be for all, not just a few, and that we can expand the pool of talented aviation professionals in our industry.
